Yesterday, I received a wonderful new fuda (name tag) system for our dojo! The beautiful design and attention to every small detail makes the warmth of this handmade product and the gentle spirit its makers shine through. It was made by TADUGANE CRAFTS in Saitama Prefecture who also make guitars and operate a farm. It may be hard to see from the picture, but they applied beeswax 6 times to the frame and every name tag, giving everything a very natural luster and fragrance. The gentle yet dignified characters also are perfectly suited to our dojo. I'm sure having this in our dojo will raise the motivation levels of everyone who joins our practices.
