Transferring Participation Days
01
For those who practice once per week:
It is possible to transfer your practice date to the other day that is appropriate for your belt level. For example, if you typically practice in the Wednesday class at 8:30pm – 9:30pm for beginners, and need to miss class one week, it is only possible to transfer to the Sunday 2:45pm – 3:45 pm beginner class to make up your missed attendance. Transferring to a different level class is not possible.
02
For those who practice twice per week:
It is possible to transfer to any other class at a lower belt level than yours. For example, if you typically attend Intermediate class practices on Thursdays and Sundays, it is possible to transfer attendance to a beginner class on Wednesday or Sunday. (Please note that only those who have attend beginner classes twice per week may transfer to the intermediate class up to twice a month).
03
Transfer Class Limits:
Attendance in up to two (2) transfer classes will count towards regular attendance each month. Please note that students who are at the intermediate level and above (and who attend practice twice a week) may transfer their lessons more than twice a month, but a maximum of 2 classes per month will be counted towards the participation requirement for promotion to the next belt level.
04
Advanced Students:
Advanced students may participate in the training of semi-advanced and lower belt classes without limitation as teaching practice. However, the required number of classes for black belt promotion exams is based on the number of advanced classes attendances. Substitutions are the same as 1 and 2 above.
