Purpose：For deeper understanding and expansion of Mochizuki Aikido, we have organized this event to learn from each other, study with each other, and improve together for mutual prosperity.

Accommodation:
BumB, Tokyo Sports Culture Center, Western-style room for 5 people (shared rooms only) https://www.ys-tokyobay.co.jp/stay/#five_room1
Meals: All meals will be buffet style
Cost: 25,000 yen for seminar participation (4 meals included, 5-person Western-style room)
Reservations for accommodation at the venue: Maximum 22 people*
*If the rooms at the venue are fully booked at the time of registration, reservations will be made at a nearby hotel. In this case, the seminar fee will be 18,000 yen (including 2 lunches and 1 dinner at the venue) plus the cost of lodging.
Closest off-site accommodation: JR EAST HOTEL METS TOKYO BAY SHINKIBA 18,000 yen (twin) - 23,000 yen (single) including breakfast
Application period: Wednesday, January 4, 2023 to Friday, June 16, 2023
Cancellation fee:
Between registration and June 16th : Free (No charge)
June 17th - July 2nd : 10% cancellation fee
July 3rd – July 8th : 40% cancellation fee
July 9th – July 50% up to 3 days
100% on the day of the event
*In case of contagious diseases (like COVID-19 or influenza), illness with high fever, broken bones, hospitalization of close relatives, or other emergencies, please be sure to contact us.
Qualifications (all participants must be 13 years old or older):
1. Those who are studying or have studied in the style of Minoru Mochizuki Aikido.
2. Those who can honestly learn the teaching methods of other styles.
3. Those who agree not to impose their own style on other participants when receiving instruction from other schools.
4. A person who is committed to learning from each other with an open mind and would like to help improve each other's skills.
5. A person who is able to follow the organizer's schedule and act as a group.
6. A person who is able to follow the rules of the facility so as not to disturb the venue.
＊Those who are unable to follow these rules will be asked to leave this Seminar and will not be elible for any refund of fees paid.
